The Hounds Tooth Inn is a twelve guest room hotel bed and breakfast with a Victorian flair situated on 3.5 acres two minutes from the tourist community of Oakhurst California, on Highway 41, ten minutes from Bass Lake, twelve miles from the southern Entrance to Yosemite National Park. Offering views of the Sierra and walks by seasonal creeks, and relax in our private garden area below the house. Yosemite National Park , one of the national treasures, is within an easy drive by auto. If you need Yosemite lodging or are just visiting and need Oakhurst accommodations we are the place for you! |

CANCELLATION POLICIES
1. Holidays,
Holiday Weekend: a 14 day cancellation notice is required.
Failure to cancel within 2 weeks will result in a one day charge
- NO EXCEPTIONS. Your reservation will be confirmed and one
day charged to your account 14 days prior to the Holiday.
2. Standard Booking ONLY: A 72 hour cancellation
notice is required. Your room will be charged to your
credit card on your scheduled DAY OF ARRIVAL. If you cancel
less than 72 hours, the Inn will attempt to sell your room.
If the Inn is successful in booking your room, you will be charged
a 10% late-cancellation fee and your room charges will be refunded
to you. Failure to cancel your reservation will result in full
charges made to you for your rooms.
HOUSE
RULES
1. Smoking:
All our Guest Rooms are Non-Smoking rooms. A smoking
deck is provided upstairs and on the patio area downstairs for
our guests who smoke. Smoking and being around smoke has been
determined to be injurious to your health. ANY guest who smokes
in a guest room will be charged a $100 cleaning deposit.
2. Candles are not permitted due to insurance and fire
hazard - Sorry.
3. No rose petals in the spa tubs. Damages will be charged
to guests.

RESERVATION
Reservation requires one of the Following to GUARANTEE the room:
A Valid Credit Card Number.
A deposit for One Night of stay, made within four days of reservation.
Arrival later than 9:00 p.m. requires the Inn to be made aware of your arrival
time.
